GWS Outstanding TA Award

The Department of Gender and Women’s Studies at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign invites nominations for the GWS Outstanding TA Award.  Letters of nomination may come from faculty, academic professionals, staff, and students from across campus, and should nominate a teaching assistant who taught for GWS.  Letters should address one or more of the following areas, but may take into consideration other characteristics deemed important to the overall success of classroom instruction:

• Mentorship
• Creativity
• Teaching
• Scholarship
